Retreatment includes etiology, removal, off gutter percha root fillings, bypassing ledged canals broken file removal, and MTA obturation. Lecture Objectives: Participants attending this lecture will learn the following: 1. How to differentiate non-odontogenic pain 2. Removal of restorations and posts 3. The concept of endodontic retreatment 4. Removal of gutta percha root filling materials and biofilms 5. Regenerative endodontic therapy 6. MTA obturation in retreatment (including perforation / repair) 7. Instrumentation and management of ledged canals
